Customize your inbox

Everymail lets you personalize your email experience by customizing the appearance of your mailbox and simplifying how your messages are displayed.

Change Themes and Backgrounds

You can customize the look and feel of Everymail with different themes, accent colors, backgrounds, and images.

1. Click the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select Themes from the menu.
3. Click View more to browse all available customization options.
4. Choose your preferred theme, accent color, background, or image.
5. Click Apply to save your changes.

Enable Dark Mode

Dark mode displays light text on a dark background, which can help reduce eye strain during extended use, especially in low-light environments.

To enable dark mode:

1. Open Settings > Themes.
2. Click View more.
3. Select Auto dark mode at the bottom of the Choose a theme window.
4. Click Apply.

Tip: While you're in the Themes menu, you can also customize accent colors, backgrounds, and images to personalize your mailbox.

Simplify Your Email Layout with Conversations

Conversation view groups email messages together with their replies, making it easier to follow ongoing discussions and keep your inbox organized.

To enable Conversation view:

1. Click the More message options icon above the message list.
2. Select Conversations from the drop-down menu.

Your inbox will now display related emails as a single conversation thread.
