On 3 September 2025, we informed you about updates to the terms and conditions for your email subscription. From 3 October 2025, TalkTalk’s Customer Terms and Conditions will be replaced by the Everymail Terms of Service .

This notice only applies to former TalkTalk Mail Plus customers whose subscriptions have been transferred to Everymail. If you joined Everymail directly by subscribing, you’ve already accepted our Everymail Terms of Service.

Please don’t worry - the new terms are largely the same as TalkTalk’s, with only a few changes. The main updates are:

Administrative changes
  • All references and contractual provisions relating to Broadband, Fibre, Telephony, TV and Mobile have been removed, as Everymail doesn’t provide these services.
  • We’ve clarified that our service is only available to people we invite, not open to the general public.
  • Payment is now on a pre-paid basis only. Direct debit remains available, but we’ve added more payment options.
  • Updates to how we handle your information, how to contact us, and how complaints and disputes are managed.
Additional restrictions
  • You must live in the UK and provide a valid UK billing address.
  • Paper invoices are no longer available.
  • Our liability limitations have been updated to reflect industry-standard online subscription services.
Regulatory changes
  • As a transferred Mail Plus customer, your existing contract continues. This means no new cooling-off period applies. Also, TalkTalk’s specific cancellation process no longer applies; instead, you can cancel easily at the end of your current subscription period.
  • We’ve made our process for introducing service or contract changes more flexible, while keeping your protections against unfavourable changes.

If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription penalty-free before the changes take effect on 3 October 2025. To do that, please get in touch with our support  beforehand. Your termination will be effective as of 2 October 2025 and we will refund any unused portion of your subscription.
