Setup your email signature

An email signature automatically adds your contact details and other important information to the end of your messages. It helps recipients quickly identify who you are, how to contact you, and which organization you represent. A consistent signature also gives your emails a more professional appearance and saves time by removing the need to type the same information repeatedly. Once configured, your signature can be added automatically to new emails, replies, and forwarded messages.

Follow these steps to set up your individual email signature:

1. Sign in to Everymail in your web browser

2. Open Settings

Click the **Settings** ⚙️ icon in the top-right corner.

Select **All settings** if the full settings menu is not already displayed.

3. Open the signature settings

Select **Mail**.

Open **Signatures**.

You can also use the search field in the top-left corner to go directly to Mail or
Signatures, then click the relevant result.
