Your transition to Everymail
Your current email provider will soon discontinue its mail services to you. However, they are committed to ensuring a secure transition of your email account and all related information. They have partnered with Everymail.com to facilitate a seamless transition, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and providing dedicated advanced live-chat support.
What to Expect
1. Pre-announcement
Your email provider has already informed you through multiple emails and other communication channels about the upcoming transition. Everymail.com is now responsible for managing your email account, ensuring a secure and uninterrupted transfer of your information.
2. Logging in to your Email
Everymail.com is now hosting your email service and requires you to log in through a new webmail page: www.everymail.com.
- Access the "My Account" section on the website to manage your account settings and choose a subscription plan.
- To access your email, click the Webmail button located in the top navigation bar.
- Log in with the same credentials you previously used for your email provider.
3. Subscription Plans
To retain your current email address, you must subscribe to the Everymail service . If you are the sole user of your account, you act as the administrator and will need to select a monthly or yearly subscription plan.
4. Grace Period
If you do not subscribe by the given deadline via mail communication from your former email provider, you will enter a one-month grace period. During this time, you will continue to receive emails but will be unable to send any. To restore full functionality, you must subscribe to a service plan via the My Account section.
5. Download your personal data from Everymail.com
Latest during the Grace Period, make sure to download your personal data from Everymail.com. Instructions on how to do this can be found here: https://everymail.com/support/downloading-your-personal-data .
6. Account Deletion
If no action is taken to subscribe by the end of the grace period, Everymail.com will terminate your account and delete all associated data. Please note that after this point, support services will not be able to recover your account.
