Support for iPhone, Android, Outlook, Apple Mail and others
For the QUICK GUIDE to get you Everymail email, calendar, and contacts onto your devices start here:
What devices are supported?
Everymail works with just about any common device that supports email using the open email standards that have powered email for decades. So all the standard apps like Outlook, Apple Mail, and mail apps on your Android or iPhone.
Specifically, the device or app needs to support:
-
IMAP (receiving mail)
-
SMTP (sending mail)
These are the original email protocols and have almost all email software and devices will support them.
Setting up your App or Device
In most cases, just adding your Everymail email address and then providing your password is all you’ll need to do to get set up.
But in some cases, the app may need you to provide specific settings for manual configuration. If so, Connect your device can provide the correct information for your Everymail account.
Manual Connection Information
If manual configuration is required by the app you’re using, you can get this information in Connect your device. This connection information is a bit different for Email vs. Calendar vs. Contacts.

Exact details can be different for different Everymail users. Find your specific settings in Connect your device, or contact support for help.
Support for Specific Email Apps
We make our best effort to help you set up your email and other features in any client that supports standard email settings, but if things are not working normally, you should also reach out to company that provides the app or device in question.
That way to add setting will look different for each app or device you may want to use but here are a couple of examples:
Outlook: Settings → Accounts → Email accounts → Add Account

The Add account button in Microsoft Outlook, as of 2026
iPhone: Settings → Apps → Mail → Mail Accounts → Add Account

The Add account function in Apple Mail, as of 2026
